Greggio
The first phase of strong growth of the company begins in the 60s, when Greggio develops the cutlery collections and builds the company's first building in Padua.

In those years it was possible to expand the commercial area, which until then was limited to the area of northern Italy, to cover the entire country.


So it was that in 1968, now with strong experience and many years of experience in the production of silver, Rino Greggio founded the Olri brand, now become Greggio Lega Argentata , absolute leader in the production and distribution of high-thickness silver alloy objects for the home , the table and other accessories. In particular, tableware has professional features and is therefore very functional, suitable for frequent use because it is treated for a long duration.
1974
From this date on, the Company's average size became one of the largest European producers of silver and silverware cutlery.

The range of models designed by expert designers has gained international recognition so much so that the corporate strategy developed by Rino Greggio in that period is still a solid basis for continuing the sales expansion throughout the global territory.

1985

The fusion between craftsmanship and the industrial process is underlined by the fact that Greggio has developed its own internal research and development center with the aim of choosing and analyzing new materials to be combined with silver, new types of craftsmanship that make the easiest to use silver, and to study innovative lines, in order to satisfy the needs  of a demanding, young and modern consumer.

1990
The decade of the 90s is a period of great growth for Greggio and as such is marked by three important events that will revolutionize the whole company.

In 1990 Greggio entered with its own Corner in Harrods, the popular department store recognized as the excellence of Luxury all over the world.

In 1994 Rino Greggio founded the Silver Academy, with the aim of preserving but also developing the history, traditions and philosophy of "living silver".

In 1995 the historic brands Cesa1882 and Ricci Argentieri become part of the Greggio family, which continues their precious production and implements a selected distribution only to exclusive dealers.

2004
The Greggio family has developed a pure Made in Italy production. Greggio owes its considerable consolidation in the global market to the collaboration with many of the international designers during the first years of the 21st century and the total maintenance of the production plants in Italy. 
 
In 2004, Greggio created Dogale , with which he holds the merit of having understood that the noble metal must be continually reinvented through the combination of two different materials: hand-decorated glass and subsequent silver plating. Each piece is different from the other, unique and unrepeatable due to a production process that is absolute craftsmanship.
